Daily Ponderings: His Own Reward According to His Own Labor

1 Corinthians 3:8

Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.

I should put enough effort into my works that His grace will be added. I picuture this like a spiritual venturi pump.
