Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
"Any" includes myself. The adversary will whisper all the reasons why I can't let go and move on from my shortcomings. I am allowed to forgive my own shortcomings and mistakes, just as I can for anyone else. I should listen to the voice that says this is a good thing.
