Deeper in Our Hearts

A phrase that jumped out at me during conference:

"Help get the gospel of Jesus Christ deeper into our hearts"

I couldn't quite figure out what it meant in a practical sense.

After pondering, I think it means that I should more frequently USE the knowledge that I can turn to Him for help in becoming more like Him.

Ideally, this turning should become a habit, where it's my first reaction at the slightest sign of struggle, rather than waiting until I'm up to my neck in sorrow before asking for help.

The hard part about forming a habit is that, for the first month or so, it has to be conscious and deliberate, and it's easy to forget.

Practice, practice, practice...
