Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
The way to peace is to, at the very least, not wish any specific harm on anyone. Depending on the situation, this may be difficult, as news stories often feature people who are a threat to my freedom and liberties. I should only wish for them to soften so that the Spirit can touch their hearts.
