For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
But also remember to love myself. Do not kill myself (slowly through unhealthy habits); do not steal from myself (waste time on worldly things); do not lie to myself; do not covet the way I used to be and waste time looking back.
Adultery... not exactly sure how that transfers... maybe keep all the promises I make to myself.
