I should do my best to listen to Him at all times. As I continue to practice, it becomes easier for me to recognize His voice.

This also implies that everyone is also "not worse, but different"

I can look at the lives and ministries of Christ and His disciples, and extract any number of empowering beliefs. The more I extract, the more power I have.
O the greatness of the mercy of our God, the Holy One of Israel! For he delivereth his saints from that awful monster the devil, and death, and hell, and that lake of fire and brimstone, which is endless torment.

If I notice that the adversary is tryiong to bind me with anger or fear, I should immediately ask Him to free me by filling me with His peace.

I should seek His peace and be who I am.

Because of Him, I never need to cradle fear in the palm of my hand. I can give it to Him and let Him replace it with peace.

If I need strength to accomplish something, I can ask Him for it after seeking peace
