He does not ask us to sacrifice. He asks us to prayerfully consider.
The answer to that prayer may well be. "you're actually doing fine on TFHW. But maybe your could put more into FHE, or family scriptures, or family prayer, or personal scripture study, or get up earlier to get to church on time, etc."
TFHW may not be your weak spot.
