Kindness in Action

From Marvin J. Ashton's 3-30-82 BYU talk "It's No Fun Being Poor":

"A true friend is one who is willing to take us the way we are, but is able to leave us better than he found us."

This is kindness. This is charity. This is the way He loves me. This is the way I should love others when I spend time with, say honest praise to, or listen to.
