Draw Upon His Power

From Russell M. Nelson's October 2021 "The Temple and Your Spiritual Foundation":

"...those who build their foundations upon Jesus Christ, and have learned how to draw upon His power..."

Any time my mind turns away in protest, He can give me the peace and power to turn back, face, and conquer the unpleasantness. Over time, I will come to learn that it won't hurt the way I'm afraid it will.
