That thou mayest say to the prisoners: Go forth; to them that sit in darkness: Show yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.
I don't have to be stuck in darkness, sadness, anger, or fear. The prayer in my heart can help me move foraward with peace.
Darkness, sadness, anger, and fear don't come up full blown. They have precursors that trickle in beforehand. My goal is to act spiritually when I first notice the precursor. Keeping a prayer in my heart is my spiritual DEW line.
