Peace in Anger, Kind to Myself

When I'm angry, I'm not being kind to myself. When I feel anger, I should reach out in sympathy to myself. With kindness and understanding. Just like I do with other people. I ask "how do you feel?" Then listen as tbey tell me the truth of what's going on inside. It doesn't mean it's true, it just means it's really happening. Once it can be accepted, it can be changed.

When I'm angry, I need to be kind to me.

I'll know I did it right when I can feel peace.
