What Is the Sabbath Supposed to Do?

Give me time to look at Him. To study Him, to know Him, so that I can tell if I'm becoming more like Him.

All the covenants I keep, all the commandments that I obey, these things are strengthening my relationship with God
I become more powerful, more clean, more like Him
All the covenants are for my benefit. Every commandment is for my benefit.
They are the rules for becoming more like Him
