And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
If He has ever helped me in the past, I should remember that and use that to strengthen the anchor of my faith.
I can decide to become more like Him in little ways that will accumulate over time. A steady drip of living water until my cup runneth over.
