Likewise also the good works of some are manifest beforehand; and they that are otherwise cannot be hid.
I should do good works, which always bring blessings
I can feel powerful; impervious enough to show kindness to myself and those around me
It requires peace and power to be kind to myself
I can ask for and receive the peace and power I need to be kind to myself. This can becomer increasingly habitual, until it becomes effortless. It becomer easier as I become more like Him
