Changing, Turning, Purifying Hearts

From David A. Bednar's April 2020 "Let This House Be Built Unto My Name":

I choose a new behavior, I become aware of the old behavior, I focus on doing the new instead of the old, I have fatih in my ability to form the new habit.

I pray to be given a keener awareness, sharper focus, stronger faith (belief in the face of an uncertain outcome)
