Ask for Help

Wednesday night, we were taking Joshua to the church for activities. We had just finished scripture reading. I came into the kitchen, and there were dirty dishes everywhere and pots full of food. I started cleaning dishes, but we were already running late, so I wouldn't have time to clean up and put the food away like I usually do. I asked the rest of the family for help because I couldn't do it all by myself and still get to church on time. They put the food away, I washed the dishes, and we arrived in time for the opening prayer.

This morning, Kitten told me that she liked how I invited everyone to help with the dishes.

Maybe I could do that more often?

And not just for dishes...
