Grace and Mercy

Grace = getting help that I ask for but don't deserve

Mercy = not getting a punishment I do deserve

Grace is a reframe that removes a spiritual roadblock to progress by allowing me to no longer believe it exists. It allows me to give myself permission to move forward.
