Daily Ponderings: Be Patient Toward All Men

1 Thessalonians 5:14

Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.

I should seek peace, which is the essential root of patience.

I can make peace my habit, and patience follows, because it is just peace, repeated.

Patience = the choice of either a small reward in the short-term, or a more valuable reward in the long-term.
