You left without getting to say goodbye so I'm glad we get to continue to talk. I'm going to New York City today to film and Joanne is coming with me, so we thought you might like to come down and say hello.
Fred honestly didn't want to stop talking to Lloyd. He enjoyed their conversation because he was beginning to discover who Lloyd was, deep inside, what he felt, and what motivated him. Fred didn't want that to end. So he gives Lloyd an easy invite to continue. No pressure. Nothing about "finishing the interview". No agenda, just an opportunity for connection.
