...every person has a right to have a personal witness. I know that asking for this witness can be a little scary. We worry we just might not get an answer. Or we know that if we get and answer, we will have to live accordingly.
Hard to know which is scarier.
However, personally, I have never gotten a "yes" witness that was a burden to live by. Mostly what I get before asking for a witness is the adversary prattling on about how this one - unlike all the others - WILL be a burden.
I know that voice.
