He told me He doesn't ever get tired of being asked for help and strength and forgiveness, over and over and over. If I don't ask for help every single time I need it, the entire atonement will have been wasted. Its only purpose is to help His children, including me, become more like Him. Otherwise, it is completely useless and there's no point to it whatsoever.
I can't "overuse" it, any more than I can breathe "too much" air.
