When I am troubled, it is often because I am envisioning a future calamity, and am feeling fear about an event which hasn't transpired yet. This is Satan's counterfeit of godliness's power to plan for the future. It's not planning to act, it's planning to feel powerless.
"If you don't know, the thing to do is not to get scared, but to learn."
