So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air.
When speaking, I should prayerfully consider the feelings and needs of my target audience, and how my words can help make their lives better. Otherwise, what's the point in speaking at all?
UPDATE: Sometimes, the target audience is myself, but the rule still applies. Loving yourself is not only allowed, but encouraged.
