2 Nephi 20:23

For the Lord God of Hosts shall make a consumption, even determined in all the land.

He has the power to do anything that is needful for me. I just need to ask

Shout Praises to the Holy One of Israel

From 2 Nephi 31:13

"...yea, then cometh the baptism of fire and of the Holy Ghost; and then can ye speak with the tongue of angels, and shout praises unto the Holy One of Israel."

I shout praises to the Holy One of Israel by the way I live my life. It's not by shouting words, it's by following Him. Not to be seen by others, but as a witness to myself.

Why Follow Jesus? What's in It for Me? How Does It Make My Life Better?

Jesus, like me, is a son of God. His life shows me the proper way for a son of God to live. I am free to try living another way, but I'm not free to succeed at it, because it's not appropriate given the nature of what I am. A bird can't live like a fish.

Repentance

I may get distracted and get angry. As soon as I notice this, I can choose peace. This is repentance - to choose peace over anger, fear, or sadness.
