He is the model I should set for myself if I want to be different than I am

2 Nephi 11:5

And also my soul delighteth in the covenants of the Lord which he hath made to our fathers; yea, my soul delighteth in his grace, and in his justice, and power, and mercy in the great and eternal plan of deliverance from death.

All power is the power to change. He will give me all the power I need if I first seek His peace.

Look for the Happiness

Happiness is there. Always. But it only appears after I start looking for it. As does misery.

Psychological Visibility

He sees me. I should choose to see everyone I meet. Habitually.

I should keep trying to see everyone I meet as a person, not an object

Safe Place

I need to carry a safe place in my head, when I can recharge, feel peace, and gain strength and power

When you remove the uncertainty, the fear is gone.
