Colossians 2:23

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

I should show myself how wise I am by following His commandments.

I can follow his commandments with very little effort, just a small shift in attitude. It's not a big deal.
