By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;
No matter what's happening in my life, I should do my best to hear His voice and do His will. and in everything give thanks.

By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
Whenever I speak truth, I can be infused with the power of God. I should listen, hear Him, and speak the words He gives me.
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
He has the power to confer upon me the grace I need to become perfected in Him. I should ask Him for that grace and power whenever I need it.
And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
I should use His life as a guide for being kind to others.
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
I should seek His companionship for comfort, strength, courage, and wisdom.
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
I should keep my eyes focused on my temporal horizon and find direction there.
We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
I should extract empowering beliefs from what I read in the scriptures.
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
All power comes from God. All power is Priesthood power. All power is the power to change. I should learn to use God's power to bring about positive change. Positive change is blessings.
Power = God = Priesthood = change
Positive change = blessings
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
I should strive every day to become a little more like Him. As I continue to make these incremental changes, they will slowly become a permanent part of me.
And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:
I should be aware of my goals and keep them in the forefront of my mind.
But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:
I should let His transforming power work in me to bring forth miracles that can bless the lives of others.
Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men
I should be the example I would like others to follow.
For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.
I should speak the truth about whatever I know.
For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
I should strive to become more like Him, and make the world one step closer to Zion.
Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
I should embrace all the truth that I know, and use it to bless the lives of others
Sufficient to such a man is this punishment, which was inflicted of many.
I should not seek to punish, but rather to correct the problem as kindly as possible.
But I determined this with myself, that I would not come again to you in heaviness.
I should make plans and choices and decisions with His guidance.
Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.
I should choose whatever empowering belief I need to get me through whatever challenges I face, and He will strengthen me sufficiently to make progress
For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea.
I should ask for His help, and yea, He will help me.
But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:
I should trust Him to guide me at all times and in all matters
I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.
I should do His work so that He will send to me the people I need to help me get it done
Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.
I should help those around me feel unafraid to do His work.
For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.
I should act upon the opportunities He places before me.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
When I do His work, I will be given His blessings and protections. I should seek to do His work.
All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
I should consider the purpose for which I was given the temporal gifts I possess.
But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.
I should trust that Christ has not only this power, but all the power I will ever need, and He will share it with me when I ask.
Let all things be done decently and in order.
I should always feel safe trusting His timing
But this seems to be a good working definition from Wikipedia:
"those holy acts through which the Holy Spirit mysteriously and invisibly confers Grace (the saving power of God) upon man."
Examples include Baptism, Confirmation, Repentance, the Sacrament, Marriage, Ordination, Endowment, Sealing
Divine acts through which I receive an increased capacity to utilize His power, as opposed to a temporary infusion of power, such as when the Spirit guides me through a particular trial.
Mysteries are the ordinances through which I am permanently strengthened. Which strengthening is difficult, if not impossible, to explain in secular terms.
I think the mystery is the explanation of how the ordinance confers power.
If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.
I should take time to ponder and understand the deeper meaning of what I read and hear.
For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.
I should strive to understand the spiritual meaning - to me - of the words I read and hear.
And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
Wherever I go, whatever I do, I should be kind
For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
I should be strong and brave enough to know what I know in full acceptance of all its implications
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
When I seek to be kind, it should be in a way that makes the other person feel good.
But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
I should seek today to live some part of my life better than I lived it the day before.
