Justified

Came across this in Romans 5:1, and had to do a little research to figure it out

"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:"

Justified - being separated from our sin and counted as innocent

I think this use of faith actually means "empowering belief". I don't see any action here.
